# Protocol Operations

At Syntetika, our FinOps are engineered to combine the transparency of on-chain infrastructure with the strict risk controls of institutional asset management. Operational authority is partitioned across four strictly scoped on-chain roles, each held by a different party. This isolates cross-liability, contains operational risk, and ensures no single party can move capital or set the vault price alone.
