We do not require registration. However, we may collect:

  • Wallet addresses you connect

  • Usage data, e.g., page views, error logs

  • KYC information (only when required by individual Issuers or their agents)

  • Cookies & analytics (e.g., via Google Analytics, with IP anonymization)

We may also interact with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., TRM Labs) to detect illicit activity or comply with regulatory requirements.

2. Use of Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the App

  • Enforce compliance and prevent abuse

  • Fulfill legal obligations

  • Support Issuers in their own compliance if required

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Blockchain Data

All interactions with the Protocol are recorded on public blockchains. This data is immutable and beyond our ability to delete. Be mindful of what you do on-chain.

  • KYC/AML service providers (if required)

  • Law enforcement or regulators (if required)

  • Cloud or analytics providers

  • Issuers using the Protocol (if applicable)

  • In case of business reorganisation
